Food For Good received a container of potatoes.

　

It was such a pity that all of them had sprouted, which were not safe to be consumed.

​

Nevertheless, we can handle the food waste appropriately.

The whole container was sent to Organic Resources Recovery Centre（O·Park1）, the sprouted potatoes were then convert into bio-energy and composts.
